Oleg N. Feldman provides advice and counsel to clients concerning a broad range of business and commercial matters, including business organizations, risk management, and employment law. For over a decade, Mr. Feldman has been providing professional services to sophisticated clients at some of the largest accounting and law firms.

Mr. Feldman earned his Bachelor of Business Administration, summa cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1998 and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Marquette University Law School. Mr. Feldman is a Certified Public Accountant (Registered Certified Public Accountant in Illinois) and a member of the Wisconsin and Illinois State Bar Associations.

Mr. Feldman is licensed to practice in Illinois and Wisconsin. He is admitted to practice before the Northern District of Illinois, Central District of Illinois, Eastern District of Wisconsin, Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, Workers’ Compensation Commission, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
